How is personal data handled?

Personal data is processed in compliance with European GDPR regulations, as required for Faith in Cotton, a European company. Collected data is used solely for order fulfillment. If newsletter subscriptions have been selected, only the first name, last name, and email address are utilized for communication. Read the privacy policy of Faith on Cotton.

About Shipping FAQ

What Is Considered Normal Shipping?

Standard shipping means that the package is sent with Track-and-Trace. We strongly recommend choosing Track-and-Trace, especially for international orders. If a shipment is delayed or lost, having a tracking number allows us to assist you more effectively.

Do You Ship to Countries Outside of Europe?

Yes, we offer international shipping outside of Europe through CottonCast. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination, and occasional delays should be expected. Shipments outside the EU are managed by multiple distribution networks and may undergo customs inspections. To enhance security and tracking, we always offer Track-and-Trace shipping.

How Fast Is Delivery?

Orders within the Netherlands are typically shipped within 2-5 business days in partnership with CottonCast. For international deliveries, shipping times may vary based on logistics providers and local postal services. Please note that during peak holiday periods, shipping and delivery times may be extended.

Which Shipping Services Handle My Order?

Orders within the Netherlands are shipped and delivered by PostNL. For international shipments, various logistics providers and postal services are used. To ensure secure delivery and tracking, we always provide Track-and-Trace when placing an order.

What If My Item Arrives Damaged?

At Faith in Cotton, we work closely with CottonCast to ensure that all products are printed and shipped with the utmost care. However, occasional damage may occur during production, printing, or transit. If you receive a damaged item, you can return it using our return form.

What If My Order Has Not Arrived?

If your order has not arrived, first track the shipment using the provided Track-and-Trace code and see if you can trace the package from your end. If that did not work out, submit your order details via our contact form, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

What If a Track-and-Trace Code Was Not Received After Purchase?

Orders shipped with Track-and-Trace should include a tracking code. Please reach out via our contact form and provide your order number for support.

About Your Order FAQ

Will an Order Confirmation Be Sent After Payment?

Yes, once your payment is successfully processed, an order confirmation and status updates will be automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout.

What If an Order Confirmation Has Not Been Received?

Order confirmations are typically sent immediately after a successful payment. If you have not received an email, please check your spam or junk folder, especially if you use Gmail, Hotmail, or Outlook, as emails from Faith in Cotton may sometimes be filtered there.

What If a Damaged Item Is Received?

We take great care, in partnership with CottonCast, to prevent damage during production, printing, and shipping. However, in rare cases, items may still arrive damaged. If this happens, you can return the item using our return form.

What If an Order Has Not Arrived?

If your order has not arrived, first track the shipment using the provided Track-and-Trace code and see if you can trace the package from your end. If that did not work out, submit your order details via our contact form, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

What If a Track-and-Trace Code Was Not Received?

If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us through our contact form and provide your order number for further assistance.

About Refund and Returns FAQ

How Can a Purchased Item Be Returned?

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. To begin the return process, please review our refund and return policy and complete the return form. Once the returned item(s) have been inspected by CottonCast and Faith in Cotton, a refund will be processed within 14 days.

What If a Damaged Item Is Received?

Despite our best efforts to ensure product quality, damages may occasionally occur during manufacturing, printing, or shipping. If you receive a damaged item, it can be returned using our return form.

About the Products FAQ

How do I wash the product?
To keep your garments in top condition, follow these care instructions:
  • Wash similar colors together at a maximum of 20°C (68°F).
  • Turn garments inside out before washing to protect both the fabric and the print.
  • Avoid bleach, as it can weaken cotton fibers.
  • Do not dry clean to prevent exposure to harsh chemicals.
  • Air dry your clothes instead of using a tumble dryer to maintain fabric quality.
  • Set your iron to a low temperature or use the cotton mode to prevent scorching.
  • Always iron inside out to protect the design.
  • Never iron directly on the print. Instead, place a cotton sheet between the iron and the design to prevent damage.

We carefully select high-quality organic cotton, ranging from 85% to 100% pure cotton, to ensure superior comfort and durability.

Cotton naturally provides softness, breathability, and long-lasting wear, making it one of the best fabrics for faith-based apparel. To test its durability, we washed our Christian T-shirts and hoodies over 20 times, and the fabric still looks and feels like new. Even the faith-inspired prints remain vibrant, proving the exceptional quality of both the material and design.

Who is behind Faith on Cotton?

With God and by Faith

I’m Mattheüs, the Dutch form of Matthew, meaning “gift of God” or “gift of Yahweh.” My roots trace back to the Moluccan Islands, but I was born in the Netherlands. Above all, I consider myself truly blessed with faith, loving parents, two wonderful sisters, a caring family, and cherished friends.

What is the mission?
More than just a Christian clothing brand, Faith on Cotton exists to serve and uplift those in need. My mission is to provide free clothing to underprivileged people and children worldwide. Through every purchase, I trust that God will guide me and bring the right people to support this mission.
What is the vision?

I align my vision with the words of Luke 12:31-33:

“Instead, always think about the things that are important in the kingdom of God. Then God will also give you the things that you need each day. (32) You are only a small group of people, but do not be afraid. Your Father God has given His kingdom to you. He is happy to do that. (33) So sell what you have and give the money to poor people. Then you will have valuable things in heaven…”

In other words, my faith drives me to serve others, live with purpose, and focus on what truly matters.

Where are you located?

Faith on Cotton is based in Apeldoorn, Netherlands. While there isn’t a physical store yet, I welcome anyone who wants to connect, share a faithful conversation, or enjoy a cup of coffee. If you’re nearby, feel free to reach out!
